A third oil-capture vessel was partially hooked-up and siphoning oil at the Deepwater Horizon well as rough weather delayed efforts to finish the job, Reuters reported July 6. The vessel will increase the oil-capture capacity at the leak to 53,000 barrels a day. Government officials and BP are expected to decide whether to move a fourth vessel to the leak in the next seven to ten days.
The man-child B Hussein Obama who said "I won't rest until this is fixed" and "...I need to know who's ass to kick..." is in charge of the clean up. He didn't cause this but he is in charge of making it right. He has a lot of statutory authority to do so. It's taken him over 2 months to get oil capture vessels out there. We still haven't waved the Jones act to get foreign assistance.
The explosion was a tragedy....but the actions since then have been a cluster and I'll leave you to fill in the blank.
