A COP KILLER IS ABOUT TO BE RELEASED! WE NEED TO ACT NOW!

We need your help.

The New York Parole Board in its infinite wisdom has decided to allow a cop killer, with two other murders under his belt a chance at parole.

A piece of human excrement named Michael Alston killed NYPD Sgt. Keith Levine just over 19 years ago. Again, this is after he has murdered twice and been released. From the NY Times report on the murder:
The officer, 27-year-old Sgt. Keith R. Levine, was driving home with friends when he saw a man and a woman staging a robbery inside a Manufacturers Hanover Bank branch at Eighth Avenue and 57th Street at 2 A.M...
...The police officer was driving east with two friends along West 57th Street when he saw the pair holding up a man in the automatic cash machine outlet of the Manufacturers Hanover branch at 969 Eighth Avenue, on the southwestern corner of the intersection.
Telling his friends to remain in the car, Sergeant Levine jumped out and chased one of the suspects west on West 57th Street.
As they neared 10th Avenue, the two exchanged shots and Sergeant Levine fell, mortally wounded, shot once in the chest and once in the stomach. He was taken by an Emergency Medical Service ambulance to Bellevue Hospital, where he died at 2:58 A.M...
As his father, retired 30 year officer Mike Levine said in a letter to the Doug Wyllie, Editor of PoliceOne.com
“During [the] chase and gunfight,” the elder Levine wrote, “Keith was killed by a man named MICHAEL ALSTON. Alston, at the time he killed Keith, was on the street again after having been twice convicted of homicide in New York City. Killing my son I think now officially qualifies him as a serial killer, and we can't even estimate how many homicides he's gotten away with.”

I’ll rant on the need for capital punishment, three strikes or other things later…but for right now we need to make sure Alston never breaths fresh air again. Please contact the Parole Board and let them know to not let him out. A onetime murderer should never leave prison. A three time killer…and a cop killer…he should never know anything but prison until the day he dies.

  1. I have tried without success to fill out the form on the New York Parole Board's website. Why do they ask for your comments then not make sure their site is working properly.

This is what I would like to send them:

If YOU, the Board of Parole, for the State of New York, cannot see why this person that has already murdered two previous innocent people should remain in custody for the rest of his natural life; then I think it's time each of you turn in your resignations and get out. Allowing this type of person to be released to kill again would be an abomination and should be a reflection upon each of you! For God's sake, please do your best to keep US safe.

    Thank you for your time.
