Anon, John F Kerry, who by the way served in Vietnam…….it’s a running joke. But let’s look at what he did with his service in the Navy.
In four months in Vietnam he received three Purple Hearts…but for some reason never spent a night in a hospital. He came back and immediately took up with the anti war movement, speaking to a Senate committee on how American military personnel had “…raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam...", and the next day he threw someone’s medals over the White House fence. But for some reason he’s got a set of medals and awards up on his Senate office wall.
Forgive me if I take his more recent story of honorable service with a grain of salt.
But my point is he’s never worked in the private sector. He’s married rich women and used their money/influence to advance his career. Can you show me one example of him actually making a payroll…working on commission…working period. No, you can’t. He did work in a DA’s office for limited time but those positions were means to an end.
