A serious issue for cops everywhere is quick treatment of trauma. I live in Houston and we have 3 level one trauma centers (we actually need 5-6), an incredible hospital district, and over 50 hospitals in the area. But even with a quick pickup with from an ambulance, the possibility of bleeding out is real. Since the Boston Marathon Bombing, I've carried multiple tourniquet kits and other equipment for to stop bleeding.
Now look at these new toys. Rather interesting.
