Scott, sorry I hit the wrong link and accidentally deleted your post. I was going to tell you a war story about attention to detail from my time in Korea. The brigade signal officer was a captain by the name Christopher I (last name withheld). Well the Department of the Army monthly promotions list came out and it listed Captain C I., SC to be promoted next month. Our signal officer was rather delighted until the brigade executive officer, who was famous for attention to detain, noticed the first name of this captain was Christy, not Christopher. The both had the same last name and were both signal offices, but ours had to wait two more months. The brigade adjutant was kinda embarrassed about that one.
