Excuse me Mr Holder, I speak Jive

Just when you think the administration of B Hussein Obama cannot make a bigger joke of itself, they do it again. This would be hysterical if it wasn’t true. Eric Holder’s Department of No Justice is hiring 14 translators for... wait for it....Ebonics.

AUGUST 23--The Department of Justice is seeking to hire linguists fluent in Ebonics to help monitor, translate, and transcribe the secretly recorded conversations of subjects of narcotics investigations, according to federal records.

A maximum of nine Ebonics experts will work with the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Atlanta field division, where the linguists, after obtaining a “DEA Sensitive” security clearance, will help investigators decipher the results of “telephonic monitoring of court ordered nonconsensual intercepts, consensual listening devices, and other media”

The DEA’s need for full-time linguists specializing in Ebonics is detailed in bid documents related to the agency’s mid-May issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) covering the provision of as many as 2100 linguists for the drug agency’s various field offices. ...Ebonics is listed among 114 languages for which prospective contractors must be able to provide linguists. The 114 languages are divided between “common languages” and “exotic languages.” Ebonics is listed as a “common language” spoken solely in the United States.

Here is the paperwork:

Perhaps these guys can handle this job:

They testified in court before

They helped Mrs Clever so you know they can help you:

Also Barbara Billingley probably has some time to spare and can advise you in this matter:

Here are some other people who may have some insight into the matter:

Anyone else got any suggestions? God knows BO and friends need all the help they can get.

  1. I wonder if this will make the national news, or the MSM?

  2. Now that the Feds officially recognize "Ebonics" as a "common language", things are gonna get worse:
    - look for an attorney(s) to sue some local school board for not teaching inner city kids in this "language".
    - look for local schools (teachers unions) to request (and get) money from the Feds to hire more "indigenous" Ebonics instructors (don't laugh, they're already funding schools to teach kids in Spanish).
    - I could go on, but, all this would do is to chap everyone's buttocks.

  4. Jerry...saw a few years ago where inner city schools were doing some instruction in Ebonics...that is pathetic.

  5. I remember all of that, Rush Limbaugh had a "field day" with it. It was back during the Clinton Years and it was started in L.A. (yet another reason to pray for the San Andreas fault to become active again).

  6. One of the problems with education in this country is its run by experts....and they think crap like Ebonics will help. Hey, PhD, try teaching them English.

  7. If I could clap at this post I would! Brilliant. Most memorable movie bit ever. Too bad it is becoming a reality in this administration.

Glad you enjoyed it. And yes, that is one of the greatest films of all time. It happened my finance and I introduced her girls (15 and 10) to that movie a few days before this post....they died laughing. "Hello Joey, you even been in a place before?...every seen a grown man naked?...I am serious..and don't call be surely…..I picked the wrong "

Please tell me you watched the last video on the post…the interview with the two “jive talk” actors….it’s great.
