Notice this is a Scottish sobriety test, not a Scotch sobriety test
As anyone who knows knows the only thing "Scotch" is Scotch Whiskey...everything else (History, etc) is Scottish.
But you gotta love how they handle checking people after a little too much of the local stuff.... :)
