Another needed Army program
As we have gotten to be a more sensitive Army some changes have been required. Good to know the military is getting ready for our wimp, err less rugged individuals. :)

I would submit that some civilians are in need of wall to wall counseling. Who better to do so than the POlice. Course best make sure no video camera is around.
