Although I call New Orleans my home I was actually born in Houma LA and spent most of my early life in Thibodaux LA. Great small place of around 20K. When I was living there (till 78) you could leave your keys in the ignition, door unlocked, etc.
It ain't like that anymore. I still have family there and the decline of society has reached my younger home town if you will.
But this is beyond all belief.
